Soxhlet extracted with 50% ABV in a 2:6 w:v ratio. Extract contains minerals, nutrients, balanced phyto compounds. Yerba Maté contains hairsplittingly similar chemical composition to Green tea, but it’s anti-oxidizing power is even greater.
